In March of this year Palmer Metals ran classes tutored by SWAROVSKI Ambassador Laura Timmons.

Laura taught two classes demonstrating her wire crocheting technique to make a necklace and bracelet using enamelled copper wire and incorporating  SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS.

The classes were very well received and we are delighted to announce that Laura will be returning to the UK in 2012.

A range of classes will be available at Palmer Metals offices in Coventry and once again we will be running classes at the Harrogate Bead Fair over the weekend of 3^rd and 4^th March 2012.

TWISTED CRYSTALS-CAPTURED HEARTS.

This is the class LOVED by all!! You will be creating this amazing heart pendant by single crochet wire and “Capturing” your gorgeous crystals inside. Then you will further embellish your heart pendant with chain and wire wrapping additional crystals, creating a stunning 20 inch long necklace. Wow! A spectacular piece for any outfit or occasion. Please note that this is an intermediate class and some experience of crocheting is advisable.

TWISTED CRYSTALS and PETALS.

While learning the crochet wire technique ( no experience necessary) you will create this extremely unique brooch. It is NOT just ANY brooch though- this is a piece of art! Think outside the box- wear it in your hair, attach to a lampshade, attach to a pillow- or just display in your grandmother’s antique crystal dish… the uses are endless, and of course stunning.

TWISTED CRYSTALS - WILD ABOUT HEARTS.

Work with some of the newest SWAROVSKI Innovations and colours in this gorgeous necklace. Using the crochet wire technique you will be creating this piece and the embellishing it with the Wild Heart pendant and WireLace… you will fall in LOVE with all of it.

TWISTED CRYSTALS- CHANDELIER EARRINGS AND EMBELLISHED RING.

In this fun class, you will not only be making one project, but two projects with sparkling SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS. You will be creating the ring first with crochet wire single stitch (you will need some experience of this), and then creating a gorgeous pair of chandelier earrings that will sparkle with every move you make.

TWISTED CRYSTALS and RADIANT RING.

Learn the crochet wire technique, while creating this amazing necklace. You will be capturing SWAROVSKI Crystals in your wire , but also how to incorporate yarn within your projects. This project is all centred around the beautiful TierraCast Radiant Ring. Make this piece a statement of your Spring wardrobe.
