Multi-Size Wrap 'n Tap Pliers 13-20mm. These pliers are so called because ring stock can be wrapped round the barrel shpaed jaw, then tap it slightly on a mandrel and instantly make a complete ring. Very little tapping is necessary and half round wire will not twist, scratch or deform. The pliers are good for looping stock that has a pattern or is hollow.The barrel has three sizes 13, 16 and 20mm to enable you to shape rings in various sizes or make consistent loops.
