Returns

If you are unhappy with any of the other items we have supplied you may ask to return them within a fourteen day period from date of receipt, after this time we will not accept goods back unless faulty. After inspection we will credit the cost of the items to you, the goods are to be returned to Palmer Metals at your cost unless they are defective in which case we will provide a return envelope or refund any additional postage costs as agreed beforehand, please call first. We will not credit initial delivery charges unless the whole order is defective.

Any returning  parcels are your responsibility. until they have been delivered to Palmer Metals Ltd, We would strongly advise that all returned items are sent back by a tracable method. Should your parcel go missing please contact the courier service used.
