Why can't I get an accurate price when I order?
The price of gold and silver varies on a daily basis, and if you have ordered semi fabricated products these are priced at the time of despatch. They will be priced by weight, the prices on the website are indicative only. Prices for shown fabricated items are the price you will pay.

What kind of delivery service do you offer?
We aim to despatch orders within 72 hours ( if the order is placed on a non working day then 72 hours from the first working day we could expect to receive order details) of receipt providing the items are in stock. See our delivery page for specific details about charges and delivery methods.

How can I pay for my order?
If you order online we accept payment by Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Electron and Solo cards. All prices are quoted in GBP Sterling and your credit/debit card will be charged in GBP Sterling.
You can also pay for your order with a UK cheque. Cheques should be sent to us at 401 Broad Lane, Coventry, CV5 7AY.
Approved account customers can place orders online using their credit account.

If you do not want to use your credit card details on the website you can always phone your order in. Your credit/debit card will not charged until the order is despatched.
